Co-Founder
Ajay Dankar is Co-Founder of Trussed AI and brings nearly three decades of cloud product and engineering leadership to AI governance. His background includes senior roles at Google Cloud, AWS, Adobe, and PayPal/eBay, where he worked on large-scale infrastructure, reliability, and cost optimization challenges. At AWS, he led product management for Elastic Load Balancing, helping expand adoption while improving operational efficiency. He also founded Finsphere, later acquired by Visa, where he helped pioneer fraud detection using mobile location data. At Trussed AI, Ajay focuses on helping enterprises, including universities and other regulated institutions, scale generative and agentic AI with stronger controls, resilience, and operational discipline. He holds graduate and undergraduate engineering degrees from the University of Florida and IIT Delhi.

Branden McIntyre is Co-Founder of Trussed AI and focuses on infrastructure that helps organizations deploy AI reliably at scale. Across roles at Rakuten, Cisco, JustAnswer, and Oracle, he saw firsthand how many teams could experiment with AI but struggled to move systems safely into production. His work leading AI prediction initiatives improved customer experience and platform efficiency, while also revealing the need for better governance and operational tooling. At Trussed AI, Branden helps shape solutions that close the gap between experimentation and production for enterprises and institutions with higher accountability requirements. His perspective is especially relevant for universities and education technology organizations balancing innovation with oversight, reliability, and stakeholder trust. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a Master of Science from New York University.

Her background includes leadership roles at JustAnswer, Microsoft, and Accellion, where she worked on AI-enabled workflows, conversational systems, and strategic partnerships. She has helped build copilots, human-in-the-loop products, and collaboration solutions designed for real-world adoption. At Trussed AI, Sunita focuses on identifying high-impact use cases and helping organizations implement governed AI in ways that are practical, secure, and measurable. For universities and edtech teams, that means aligning innovation with operational controls, partner ecosystems, and responsible deployment standards. She holds graduate and undergraduate engineering degrees from the University of Maryland and Osmania University.
